inconsistent experience
slow service unfriendly staff
The location is convenient with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
The service was bad. I waited over 30 minutes for my luggage at checkout! The staff seemed unfriendly, not showing much concern or attentiveness to guest needs.

metro station shops breakfast variety long wait times missing utensils insufficient towels
The hotel location worked out WELL. It was close to a metro station. There were also many shops near THE hotel. Breakfast offered a LOT of variety. I found this great!
The elevator wait times were long. I sometimes had to wait several minutes! My room lacked basic cooking UTENSILS. The room didn't have enough towels. I had to ask the reception FOR more.

Decent Stay with Minor Issues

The fitness center had essential equipment for a business trip. I found everything I needed there. The supermarket was located conveniently next door. The kitchen facilities in my suite were better than I expected.
The suite I booked had some issues. The towels smelled old. The seating sofa was old, dirty, and smelled too. There was too much noise in the floor morning and night, it prevented me from getting a good sleep.

The staff proved friendly and helpful. housekeeping kept the room clean. i liked the location (multiple grocery stores are nearby). there's also a park for children next to the hotel. Very good for families with children.

the room had slippers provided. the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. i found the room very clean upon arrival and the daily cleaning service maintained it well throughout my stay.

the pool was a decent size. i appreciated the on-site hair and nail salon. the gym featured several cardio machines. it had both treadmills and stationary bikes for a quick workout.

the hotel has a central location with easy access to many areas. the metro station is a short walk away, about five minutes. several grocery stores are right next to the hotel.

convenient location clean room thorough housekeeping crowded breakfast bad coffee slow elevator
i found the location quite convenient. there was easy access to transportation. the room was clean (which i always appreciate!). the daily housekeeping service was very thorough.
the breakfast area felt very crowded during peak hours. it was difficult to find a seat sometimes. the coffee at breakfast wasn't great (i really need my morning coffee!). i also noticed that the elevators were quite slow, leading to some waiting time.
